Talk about professionalism. Came in for rear end damage estimate, fairly extensive. Scheduled an appointment. They advised to be careful of Carbon Monoxide inside car from trunk not properly sealed and not to sit idle while using car before appointment. I immediately arranged a car rental. The insurance company told them that they should not have told me that. Wow! Thank you Pruss-Hawkins for caring and being professional.
